We analysed their customer journey, completed a brand audit and identified awareness level opportunities in the market through social and keyword analysis.
From here we were able to redesign their customer journey to make it more efficient and to make the digital experience more engaging. We re-designed their brand and rebuilt their website, implementing the simplified customer journey. The web copy was re-written to align with keyword gaps and strengths to capture users at the top of the funnel.
